I hired Jay at Home IQ as a 2nd set of eyes while my new home is being built since I can’t always be on site—and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the decision. As a first-time home builder, I don’t always know what I’m looking at, and he has given me so much peace of mind throughout the process.

He is incredibly experienced, familiar with the builder, and knows the neighborhood very well, which has been extremely helpful. His communication is excellent—he sends detailed photo updates and always takes the time to explain what he’s seeing.

What really sets him apart is that he truly goes above and beyond. He even checks in on the site between scheduled inspection visits, which shows how much he cares about doing a thorough job. His inspection reports are extremely detailed and easy to understand.

Another thing I really appreciate is that he bills in stages instead of requiring everything upfront, which makes the process much easier.
